MERKABA

Merkaba, also spelled Merkabah, translates literally to light, spirit, body. The Merkaba Symbol is a shape made of 2 intersecting tetrahedrons that spin in opposite directions, one pointing up to the heavens, channeling energy down from the Universe to the earth plain, and one pointing downwards, drawing energy up from the earth beneath. The top, or upward pointing tetrahedron is male and rotates clockwise, with the bottom or downwards pointing one being female, which rotates counterclockwise. You can activate this vehicle of light around your own body with practiced meditation and breathing techniques. The merkaba provides protection and transport your consciousness to higher dimensions. The merkaba shape reminds us of the potential power we can wield when we unite our own energies in pursuit of connection and growth.

The word Merkaba can be broken down thus: MER: rotating fields of light, KA: spirit, and BA: soul (this is taken from an 18th dynasty Egyptian translation, and in Hebrew it means "chariot". Therefore, Mer-Ka-Ba means the spirit or energy body surrounded by counter-rotating fields of light, or spirals of energy (as with a strand of DNA), which transport spirit or consciousness from one dimension to another. The Merkaba is the Light Body vehicle, and it is the key to understanding how to move from one dimension or level to another. It is the divine light vehicle used by Ascended Masters to connect with, and reach those in tune with the higher realms. When this shape is activated around your body, you are in a place of complete protection, with the surrounding energy being generated from pure Divine Love. The Merkabah aka Star Tetrahedron is a core part of the next phase of our human evaluation and ascension process. It is part of the crystalline consciousness light body expression. When in full realisation of your Merkabah consciousness, a true master in 5D consciousness can use their Merkabah to travel around like in a space ship. CHAKRAS

ASCENSION & KUNDALINI AWAKENING

Ascension, also known as Spiritual Awakening, is a simultaneous increase of Expanding Consciousness that occurs when our spiritual-energetic bodies connect into our physical bodies. Generally, the catalyst for spiritual Awakening is discovered through the process of progressive Kundalini activation that starts in the base of our spine and moves the intelligent energies up the spine and into the Crown. As a human being undergoes the Awakening process, which can progress gradually over many years, that person shifts into perceptions of higher consciousness, which can include increased awareness of energy in the environment, perceiving multidimensional realities, sensing extradimensional entities and feeling a direct communion with God and the interconnected energy that exists between all things.

THIRD EYE CHAKRA & THE PINE GLAND

Every human being’s Pineal Gland or third eye can be activated to spiritual-energetic world frequencies and enables the person to project their consciousness, perceiving oneness with all things. A pineal gland once tuned into to proper frequencies with help of meditation, yoga or various esoteric studies help to enable a person's Consciousness to travel into other dimensions, known as astral travel or remote viewing.

THE GUARDIANS

The guardians are a great mystery to Montserrat. They are represented by the giant carvings of the mountain. The elders have told me they are formed through sound frequency (the very language of Light). This draws upon an ancient technology that Thoth speaks about in the Emerald Tablets and how he formed the pyramids of Giza through sound frequency. The Ancient Tibetans speak of this technology also. This is the technology of 5D - when we are in heightened states of collective consciousness our ability to manipulate matter is elevated into multidimensionality beyond the limitations of time and space. This is how the Guardians of Light tell me that Montserrat was formed. Much of it was sculpted through the Technology of Consciousness. Preserving the wisdom as part of a Master Plan. GLOSSARY

DIMENSIONS
Dimensions are not places or locations. They’re levels of consciousness that vibrate at a certain rate. Each dimension vibrates at a higher rate than the one below. Yet they are all laid simultaneously on top of each other. In each higher dimension there exists a clearer, wider perspective of reality, a greater level of knowing. We experience more freedom, greater power and more opportunity to create reality. Remember we are incarnated in the 3rd Dimension but we are multidimensional beings existing simultaneously in all dimensions.

3D (THE 3RD DIMENSION / THE PHYSICAL DIMENSION)
The 3rd Dimension, also known as the “Physical Dimension”, where we actually reside, is a place of very low vibration and enhances the illusion of separation, duality and free will. In 3D, only one timeline (reality) is available and we live with the construct and illusion of the ego-mind of linear time. Our higher self is not integrated into the physical body because it cannot handle the density and low frequency. It is connected with us through our spiritual body, but when our chakras are blocked, it hardly can get through to us. That causes the belief that we are separated from Source. The illusion of duality in the 3rd Dimension allows us to experience light and darkness, good and bad, joy and despair, better and worse. We have the choice to act as saints or demons. That is actually the only choice we have: Love or Fear.

4D (THE 4TH DIMENSION / THE ASTRAL PLANE)
The 4th Dimension is the dream world - also called the Astral Plane. It is a dimension that is less dense and much more fluid than the 3rd Dimension, but still has only one timeline (reality), hosts the illusion of duality and the ego and thus fear is able to exist also here. But linear time becomes a lot more fluid here. Imagine it to be a stream of energy hosting all events of one particular timeline – the same timeline that is available in the 3rd Dimension. We usually visit this plane naturally during the night. Here, in our dream states, anything is possible and this is where we create/imagine things so we can manifest them later in the 3rd Dimension. The 4th Dimension is a place where light and darkness come into conflict easily.

5D (THE 5TH DIMENSION)
5D is multidimensional at nature. Coming from the time-space realities of 3D and 4D, the linear mind likes to label things and put things in a box. In 5D one has access to MULTIple dimensions, all at once. One isn’t confined to a time-space reality like in 3D or 4D, rather one has the capacity to explore multiple/infinite dimensions, from the point of now. Time in 5D consciousness is non linear. All past, present and future realities are accessible from the point of now as well as multiple timelines, all running in paralell. One in mastery of the 5D consciousness has the capacity to jump timelines, and move through time, using the power of their mind. The dimensions are reflective of the vibrational density of focused consciousness. The higher the vibrational frequency of consciousness, the better one feels. 5D is consciousness in a much higher frequency than the time space reality of 4D/3D. Physical existence is still possible on this plane, although the body is lighter and of a different cellular structure, crystaline in nature. When the physical body is fully transformed into this structure, there is no pain or fear. It is the plane of unconditional love and abundance, manifest in the physical. Our higher self has been fully integrated into our physical body and has taken over the guidance. You do not feel the need to interfere or control that flow anymore. In the 5th Dimension, all of our actions are based on LOVE. It is the plane of Oneness, where we feel the connection to everyone and everything around us, including the Source energy. In the 5th Fimension we live in Unity Consciousness.

MULTIDIMENSIONALITY
It´s the term we use to describe the nature of reality in terms of dimensions. It is the awareness one experiences in 5D and above, where multiple dimensional perspective becomes the point of conscious experience and exploration. Everything is multidimensional at nature, which as one ascends and expands their consciousness it is easier to integrate awareness of this.

HIGHER SELF/SOUL
A multidimensional, eternal, omnipotent, conscious and intelligent being, who is one’s real self; multifaceted part of our whole spiritual being who lives in the higher dimensions and guides us toward spiritual growth, evolution, and enlightenment; that part of the overall individuated self that exists as a small ball of light like a sun which registers experience and learning as it moves from lifetime to lifetime and beyond. As we become conscious of this aspect of our bigger selves, we can begin to integrate parts of our Higher Self into our bodies, although certain parts always remain in the higher dimensions.

ASCENSION
Ascension is the process of spiritual awakening that moves you into a higher level of consciousness. Through the process of Ascension, your vibrational frequency is becoming higher (and lighter). This requires the discarding of egoic thinking and moving into a lighter realm of love and light. Ascension is merging with your higher self, opening your heart, and expanding to reunite with Source.

KUNDALINI AWAKENING
Kundalini Awakening is the process of activating the dormant higher consciousness life force energy that rests at the base of the spine. When awakened, Kundalini rises up through the chakras, following the spinal column from the root chakra through to the crown chakra, opening and activating each. The person experiences a great expansion in consciousness, merging with their 5th Dimensional Light Body, that leads to health, wellness, clarity and a feeling of bliss and oneness with the universe. It usually awakens psychic abilities (see Full Sensory Perception) like telepathy, chanelling, clairsent, clairsentience, clairvoyance and others. One who experiences a Kundalini awakening does so because they are beginning to vibrationally ascend and merge with their higher self expression.

FULL SENSORY PERCEPTION
The expanded ability of the five senses to include awareness of etheric, nonphysical energies, other dimensions and beings, feelings, sounds, tastes, smells, and visions; a natural, more complete use of the senses as opposed to the term "extrasensory perception," which would imply that it is unusual or unnatural. CLAIRAUDIENCE
The expanded full sensory function of hearing to include physically inaudible sounds such as high frequency tones, or verbal messages from guides or Higher Self. The ability to hear what another person is really thinking when it is different from what he or she is saying.

CLAIRSENTIENCE
The full sensory perception of feeling to include etheric energies and unexpressed feelings of others beyond what is physically explainable through touch. Expanded energy-based feelings as a function of the second chakra.

CLAIRVOYANCE
The full sensory perception of seeing what is not physically visible; third-eye vision as a function of the sixth chakra; ability to see etheric energies such as auras, chakras, energy blocks, guides and angels with the eyes closed, and in some cases open.

INTUITION
The full sensory perception function of the seventh chakra to include knowing beyond what is rationally explainable. Hunches, feeling guided to do something without knowing why, or "just knowing it was the right thing to do" are examples of intuition.

PARADIGM SHIFT
When a person or group completely drops a way of thinking, being, or behaving that has previously been set and predictable. Example: When a person breaks away from the group consciousness that says, "You only have one life and all you have to do is survive it the best way you can" and creates a new paradigm for him/herself based on, "The purpose for all of life is spiritual evolution and we will continue cycling in and out of lifetimes until that purpose is fulfilled."

THE GREAT AWAKENING
The Great Awakening is the collective shift in consciousness humanity is now experiencing. Over 35 indigenous and ancient civilizations have prophesized this unique moment. The shift into a new paradigm of 5th Dimensional Consciousness, from a linear paradigm into a multidimensional paradigm of Unity Consciousness.

STARSEEDS
Highly evolved souls with an unfathomable amount of wisdom in their core. They come from cosmic lineage, who´s specific mission is to assist Earth and its people during the Ascension process into a new paradigm of love, light and Unity Consciousness - the New Earth.

NEW EARTH
New Earth is Earth with humanity´s consciousness in multidimensionality/5D. This is where our consciousness is ascending/returning to. For the linear mind in 3D /4D it looks like “future earth”, however, because New Earth is non-linear, multidimensional, where all is now, it is already here. This is not a new place, it´s a level of consciousness that vibrate at a higher rate. We say New Earth because it is new for the current humanitarian civilisation, however we have been there before in the times of Atlantis and Lemuria. It is a utopia, where the new/enlightened human lives and breathes in harmony with the planet, as one unified consciousness. There are many pyramid technologies of light upon New Earth, harnessing the natural energy field of the crystalline grid to power civilisations, where these cities of light become visible as you raise your consciousness. The New Earth that we are now ascending into looks like Earth now, only very clean, everything is lush and colourful, and this crystalline consciousness is beginning to be seen and awaken to. As you tune into the crystalline grid maybe memories of Lemuria and Atlantis will begin flooding back, where enlightened civilisations still are upon the planet today in higher vibrational states of awareness. You will meet them as you ascend into higher vibrational states of being within yourself. Frequency and vibration are the only things that stand between you and the New Earth.

CITY OF LIGHT
4th through 6th dimensional cities of Temples of Light where the Ascended Masters dwell. Location of many spiritual initiations, sacred teachings and healings during human dream time, and between-life teaching, review, and healing.

COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS
Gathering and uniting of the minds and purposes of a group of beings with common goals, life situations, and location of inhabitance; the "One-Mindedness" of a group of individuals for a common purpose such as evolution of a species, protection of a community, bringing more love to all the inhabitants of a planet, family, community, etc. Higher collective consciousness occurs when the intent of a group is aligned for evolutionary, spiritual, or creative purposes. Lower collective consciousness exists when a group of beings share identical negative thoughtforms, beliefs, or destructive goals.

ASCENDED MASTER
A being who has lived on Earth in a body and reached enlightenment, experienced either conscious death or full body ascension, and attained Christ consciousness; all of the members of the Great White Brotherhood, including the Sisterhood and Brotherhood of the Ray of the Ascended Christ; beings at this level attained divine alignment through all nine-dimensional aspects of the self simultaneously while still in human form.

GREAT WHITE BROTHERHOOD
Ascended Masters who have lived on Earth as humans and spiritually evolved to become enlightened and then Christed; originally called the Order of the Great White Light, according to the Pleiadian Archangelic spokesperson, Ra; a sacred order dedicated to maintaining Mystery School teachings and assisting in, and guiding, the spiritual awakening of all humans while always honoring individual free will.

MELCHIZEDEK
A sixth-dimensional collective consciousness that serves as caretaker of the initiatic realms and teachings for beings in this solar system, and specifically Earth at this time. Priests and Priestesses of the Order of Melchizedek were known to run mystery schools in Atlantis and ancient Egypt.

AKASHIC RECORDS
Collection of all past, present and future experiences and learning for individual beings, collective consciousness and all of existence; records of all that ever has been, all that is and all that ever shall be.

KARMA
The product of life experience which was out of integrity or out of alignment with a person's ethics; a system of learning based on the natural need and tendency of all things in existence to evolve; When action is out of alignment with another person's free will or with the individual's integrity, it magnetizes another similar or polarized life experience through which the person may learn and evolve the original misaligned action into a correct one in present time, which will then remove the karmic magnetism created by the original misaligned action.
